Safety valve is suitable for air, nitrogen and hydrogen mixed medium equipment or pipeline with operating temperature ≤ 200 ℃.
1. The spring micro-opening safety valve has the characteristics of simple structure, good sealing performance, accurate opening pressure, large discharge capacity, small pressure difference between the back seat and convenient adjustment.
2. Nozzle-type seat: the seat is vall nozzle-type seat. When steam flows through the outlet of the seat, it reaches the speed of sound and has a large discharge coefficient.
3, thermoelastic disc: the disc is designed for thermoelastic structure, using its tiny deformation under the pressure of the medium, improve the sealing ability, to overcome the relief valve under the pressure of the medium near the setting pressure of the front leakage phenomenon.
The disc sealing surface adopts advanced laser quenching technology, which improves hardness, wear resistance and impact resistance.
4, adjusting nut: by adjusting the adjusting nut, adjust the spring compression, so that the valve can be very convenient, very quickly to obtain accurate setting pressure.
5, back pressure adjustment sleeve: adjust the disc back pressure of the auxiliary mechanism, through the back pressure adjustment sleeve adjustment, can get the appropriate back seat pressure difference.Lower the valve back pressure when the valve is raised.Lower the valve back pressure to increase.
