Product Overview

High temperature resistant butterfly valve is designed by our company's technical personnel after absorbing the structure and characteristics of similar foreign products and overcoming the defects existing in the use of the original products, so that its service life is more durable and the sealing is more reliable. The butterfly valve adopts the three-dimensional eccentric design principle, and the sealing pair is composed of two overlapping cone inclined sections. After the eccentric value of the valve body and valve seat, the butterfly plate rotation center can realize the instantaneous contact and separation of opening and closing. The labyrinth seal is realized by the laminated structure of butterfly plate sealing ring metal and graphite, which can not only reduce the switching torque of the valve, but also ensure the sealing performance of the butterfly valve Pressure butterfly valve adopts reducing eccentricity value and enhancing strength of butterfly plate, valve shaft and actuator to realize zero leakage of inlet and outlet bidirectional seal of butterfly valve.

Structural characteristics

1. The inclined elliptical butterfly plate radial dynamic balance sealing system is adopted, the force on both sides of the valve inlet and outlet is approximately balanced, the opening torque of the valve is small, the positive and reverse sealing performance is reliable, and the bidirectional pressure bearing capacity is 100%;
2. The sealing surface of the valve is made of integral metal sealing ring, which is machined with high precision. The sealing cross-section is elliptical, which forms a sealing pair with the metal sealing surface of the valve seat. When the valve is opened and closed, the sealing surface of butterfly plate contacts or disengages instantaneously along the 360 ° circle, which can quickly and accurately realize the opening or closing action;
3. Three eccentric structure is adopted, that is, an angle eccentricity is added on the basis of double eccentric butterfly valve.
