The wear-resistant ball valve produced by Guogong holding group is a high-temperature, high-pressure, erosion resistant and wear-resistant valve developed for high-end fields such as natural gas, coal chemical industry, silicon chemical industry and petrochemical industry. This series of valves are suitable for all kinds of pipelines with valve diameter of DN 150 ~ DN 1400 and pressure class of PN16 ~ pn160, which are used to cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline. With different materials, the wear-resistant ball valve is suitable for non corrosive medium, weak corrosive medium, nitric acid, acetic acid, oxidizing medium, urea and other media, especially suitable for harsh working conditions including solid particle medium, slurry, pulverized coal, ash, etc. The driving mode of wear-resistant ball valve is manual, worm gear drive, pneumatic or electric. Wear resistant ball valve generally adopts flange connection, but also can adopt butt welding connection. Wear resistant ball valve closing part the ball rotates around the center line of the valve body to open and close. The seal is embedded in the valve seat, and the end of the metal valve seat is provided with a spring. When the sealing surface is worn or burned out, the valve seat and the ball form a metal seal under the action of the spring. As for the sealing of wear-resistant ball valve, the line seal is the best for metal to metal sealing. It is easy to ensure the sealing from the sealing principle and sealing specific pressure. Under the condition of small preload, enough sealing pressure can be ensured to make the wear-resistant ball valve achieve sealing. However, it is necessary to determine the contact width of the sealing surface of the valve seat according to the pressure grade and diameter of the pipe, so as to prevent the sealing surface from being crushed.
The sphere is made of forged material and its surface is chemically treated. According to the customer's requirements, nickel phosphorus alloy, tungsten carbide and chromium carbide can be sprayed and welded. The surface finish can reach the mirror effect. The valve is a soft and hard double sealing zero leakage structure to ensure the effective cut-off of the downstream pipeline. The soft seal adopts enhanced polytetrafluoroethylene, with low friction coefficient, high structural density and excellent self-lubricating performance; the hard seal adopts spray welding of nickel phosphorus alloy, tungsten carbide and chromium carbide, with a smooth finish of mirror surface and small friction coefficient with the ball.
Considering the influence of metal particles in medium on zero leakage seal, ball to PTFE or rubber seal is used as primary seal, ball to metal seat seal is used as secondary seal, and in order to prevent foreign matters in pipeline from entering the valve seat and elastic device causing damage to the valve seat, the valve seat is equipped with double seal, which can ensure that there are no impurities in the valve seat and elastic device, and greatly prolong the service life of the valve Life. At the same time, the valve seat is equipped with an emergency sealant injection system to obtain temporary sealing requirements.
