800X differential pressure balance valve is a kind of valve used to balance the pressure difference between water supply and return of air conditioning system. The valve can improve the utilization rate of the system, maintain the accurate constant value of the pressure difference, and minimize the noise of the system and the damage to the equipment caused by excessive pressure difference. 800X differential pressure balance valve is superior to other balance valves in that it has no actuator. It completely relies on the pressure difference of the medium itself to achieve the function of balance system, saving energy and installation space. It is an intelligent valve.
1. The valve body adopts full channel and streamline design, with small fluid resistance and large flow rate.
2. The joint of body, cover and piston rod is double sealed by sealing gasket and sealing ring without leakage.
3. Double guide of valve body, piston cylinder and piston ensures stable and reliable movement.
4. All stainless steel piston cylinder, integral casting piston and NBR sealing ring. Perfect combination greatly prolongs service life.
5. The detachable valve seat with advanced technology has ingenious structure, novel conception and convenient maintenance and replacement.
6. For the piston cylinder with guide hole, properly increase the resistance to make the piston movement more stable.
