Ball type all welded ball valve is widely used in various fields. Its superior quality and high-performance stability are beyond the reach of ordinary cast steel ball valves. Its service life is far longer than that of cast steel ball valves. Ball type all welded ball valves are widely used in urban gas, urban heat supply, petrochemical, shipbuilding, steel, pressure regulating stations, power plants and other pipeline equipment. The ball type all welded ball valve can be directly buried underground, without building a large valve well to reduce the project cost, and can also avoid personal injury when operating the valve. The ball type all welded ball valve can operate reliably for a long time. Compared with products of the same specification in the same industry, the valve body is small and beautiful.
Structural characteristics
The ball type all welded ball valve is an integrated all welded ball valve, which will not have external leakage. Since the valve seat is composed of PTFE seal ring and spring, it has strong adaptability to changes in pressure and temperature, and will not have any leakage within the scope of use. The machining process of the sphere is tracked and detected by an advanced computer detector, and the machining accuracy of the sphere is high. As the valve body material is the same as the pipe material, there will be no uneven stress, no deformation due to earthquake and vehicles passing the ground, and the pipe is aging resistant. The seal ring body is made of PTFE with a content of 20% C (carbon) to ensure no leakage (0%).
