Structural characteristics

One: two-way pressure
Three eccentric all-metal bidirectional pressure butterfly valve by the self-developed design software, analysis and optimization of the three eccentric parameters, improve the key parts of the form and position tolerance and dimensional tolerance accuracy, etc., to achieve the valve bidirectional pressure, can be installed in random direction. Two-way pressure through the national professional testing institutions.
Two: all metal sealing structure
The structure of conventional triple eccentric multi-level metal sealing butterfly valve is the metal sheet and graphite laminated installation. The graphite in the multi-level sealing surface is easy to be eroded by fluid, and the use is short.
The three eccentric all-metal bidirectional pressure butterfly valve sealing ring and seat is made of all-metal forging, sealing ring can be surfacing or spray welding all kinds of wear and temperature resistant alloy, its advantages are: anti-erosion, sealing pressure is small, small torque, long life, wear resistance.
Three: unique second eccentric design
Conventional three eccentric butterfly valve second eccentric directly to the stem offset valve body channel, sealing surface channel and valve body channel for the same axis, the body force is not uniform force.

Four: double bevel/surface sealing structure

Five: the sealing ring, valve stem and drive spline connection structure can be replaced on site

Lower stem fixed shaft structure, better rigidity, can shorten the stem inserted into the butterfly plate connection, so that the channel flow resistance is smaller.

The upper stem has no pin and anti-blowout structure. The driving part is 10% smaller than the bearing part of the butterfly plate to prevent the internal stem from breaking.
The design structure of double stem solves the problem of inconsistent expansion between stem and disc and body caused by thermal expansion.
Six: two-way sealing zero leakage
The tri-eccentric all-metal bidirectional pressure butterfly valve can ensure that the bidirectional zero leakage under the nominal pressure of 1.1 times during the experiment, and the bidirectional zero leakage under the full pressure difference in use.
Seven: the real sense of the refractory structure
Conventional three eccentric multi-level metal sealing butterfly valve, multi-level sealing ring in high temperature soft materials and metal pieces easy to peel, and even make the metal sealing ring lose support, lose the sealing function, can not achieve the fire function.
And the country's three eccentric all-metal two-way pressure butterfly valve because of the all-metal seat and sealing ring sealing structure, fully adapt to high temperature conditions, and two-way zero leakage, can achieve the true sense of fire resistance function.
Eight: self-lubricating sleeve design, to a greater extent to solve the valve stem and stem hole locked problem. Dustproof structure of upper and lower bearings, and anti-crystallization structure with spiral groove can be added.
Nine: dynamic loading packing mechanism with disc spring: it can automatically compensate packing loss to prevent leakage of medium.
