SQ61F locking welded ball valve is a kind of ball valve with anti-theft function, which can be widely used in oil supply, heating or water supply pipeline, with strong anti-theft function. It is a kind of magnetic lock which can control the opening and closing of the closing parts in the valve by the force of magnetic force. It is generally used in some important, special position and function valves to prevent the valve from being opened and closed casually. No gap, anti blocking, waterproof, anti-corrosion, easy to use; deeply favored by water supply, heating, gas, solar water heater and other industries.
1. Without maintenance, adjustment and lubrication, it is easy to install and operate reliably for a long time at low operating cost. The surface adopts spray treatment technology, with beautiful luster. There will be no external leakage. The valve body is of welded construction, so the valve is light and easy to insulate. It is very simple to install the adjusting mechanism. The operating handle can be removed and installed in reverse direction.
2. Since the valve seat is composed of PTFE sealing ring and butterfly spring, it has strong adaptability to the changes of pressure and temperature, and there will be no leakage in the use range.
3. The machining process of the ball has advanced computer detector tracking detection, so the machining accuracy of the ball is high.
4. As the valve body material is the same as the pipe material, it will not cause uneven stress and deformation due to earthquake and vehicle passing through the ground, so the pipeline is aging resistant.
5. Integral full welding, equal diameter and variable diameter channel, fixed ball and floating ball, double piston effect sealing system, automatic injection sealant type bearing.
6. In order to prevent static electricity, steel balls and springs are respectively installed between the valve stem and the ball and between the valve stem and the packing box, which can keep the electric conduction between all parts of the valve and the valve body, and let the current pass through the area to release static electricity. Not only to prevent fire, but also to prevent corrosion, to achieve temporary cut-off for timely maintenance.
