Pigging valve is a new type of valve which is mainly used for cleaning pipeline in water, oil, natural gas and other long transport pipelines. It is used as the launching and receiving device of pigging.It can completely replace the traditional complex pigging transmitting and receiving device with the pigging transceiver as the core.
1. Before the new pipeline is put into operation, remove all kinds of residues in the pipeline to make the pipeline unimpeded;
2. Rust removal and anticorrosion coating on the inner wall of the new pipeline;
3. Regular tubing scraping and water removal for the pipeline that has been put into production, so as to maintain effective delivery capacity for a long time;
4. Isolation and displacement of different kinds of media transported in the same pipeline.
