Product Overview

Flat gate valve is suitable for natural gas, petroleum, chemical industry, environmental protection, urban pipeline, gas pipeline, transmission pipeline, vent system and steam storage device, and is used as opening and closing equipment. It is suitable for long-distance pipeline of natural gas exploitation and purification.

Structural characteristics

1. The sealing structure of the valve seat shall be elastic with pre tightening force, and the upstream and downstream sealing seats shall be sealed at the same time. Face to face sealing is always used between the valve seat and the sealing material;
2. The valve seat has self-cleaning function and is not directly scoured by the air flow during the opening or closing process of the valve. The valve seat shall be made of lubricated, non wearing material;
3. The failure of valve actuator will not affect other parts of the valve, and maintenance and replacement can be carried out without removing the valve.
