Orbital ball valve is a new type of pipeline valve, which is suitable for regulating and opening / closing pipeline fluid in natural gas, oil, chemical industry, metallurgy and other industries. Sulfur resistant products are suitable for long-distance natural gas pipelines with hydrogen sulfide medium, many impurities and serious corrosion
1. The static single seat structure can ensure the two-way sealing tight, reliable and zero leakage.
2. Top mounted design enables the system to be online maintained.
3. The cam mechanism at the lower end of the valve stem can provide a mechanical wedge force to ensure continuous tight sealing.
4. The opening and closing process is divided into two sections, and the lifting stroke is short and easy to operate.
5. In the process of opening and closing, the sealing surfaces are completely out of contact, no wear, operating torque and long service life.
6. The space formed between the ball and the valve seat during the rotation of the ball increases the flow rate of the medium in the channel, so as to achieve the function of cleaning and sealing.
7. The fire resistance design of ball valve is in accordance with API 607, API 6fa & J B / T 6899 and other standards. Once the soft seal ring is burnt out due to fire, the fire protection structure of ball valve can prevent a large amount of medium leakage and prevent the further expansion of fire.
