Valve electric actuator is an indispensable driving equipment to realize valve automatic operation. Its movement process can be controlled by stroke, torque or axial thrust. The electric actuator has the characteristics of small volume, convenient operation, and can meet various control requirements.
Non invasive non open cover debugging: set the torque, stroke and other parameters through the button or remote control, debug and operate the valve without opening the electrical cover, so as to avoid the electrical components directly exposed to the explosive gas environment, and realize the non-invasive open cover debugging, so as to ensure the safety of the equipment.
Human computer interaction interface: it adopts a new generation of intelligent electric device control unit and operating system, and has the functions of operation data recording, parameter configuration, fault self diagnosis and protection; all Chinese LCD display screen provides valve position, operation status, fault alarm and other information.
Travel positioning system: absolute value encoder is used for stroke control and positioning measurement. Valve position can be measured during electric and handwheel operation without using battery or backup power supply. The absolute value encoder adopts advanced edge anti jitter technology to ensure the high speed, stability and anti-interference of data.
Dual torque protection: dual torque protection is a new technology highlight and breakthrough of integrated series products. It not only sets up mature and stable mechanical torque limit protection, but also adopts intelligent electronic torque; through real-time monitoring of torque change and motor operation state in the process of opening or closing valve, torque protection is carried out for valve to ensure the safety of valve operation. It fully embodies the all-round intelligent technology and the promise of safety and reliability.
Comprehensive protection function: the control unit has phase sequence self identification, phase loss, instantaneous reversal, overload, short circuit, overvoltage, undervoltage, electronic brake (adjustable type) protection, as well as self detection and diagnosis functions, and can provide real-time operation parameters and support data export.
Field and remote operation: the field control switch can realize the function of opening stop closing valve in the field control state; the remote / field transfer switch is used to switch the actuator control mode. In the remote control mode, it can receive the switch value or analog control signal of DCS system to realize the remote operation of valve.
Support intrinsic safety remote controller: through fyf6 mining intrinsic safety remote controller, various parameters of valve electric device can be set in explosive gas environment, and valve can be opened, stopped and closed in field control mode.
Fieldbus: support MODBUS_ RTU field bus communication, through twisted pair shielded cable can be easily connected to the field bus control network, alarm and status signals and valve position are uploaded through the bus data, control instructions are also transmitted through the bus, to achieve full digital remote control and monitoring.
