Product Overview

The fixed ball valve is suitable for various pipelines of class150-class2500, pn16-pn160 and jis10k-jis20k. It is used to cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline. With different materials, it can be applied to water, steam, oil, liquefied gas, natural gas, gas, nitric acid, acetic acid, oxidizing medium, urea and other media. The driving mode of fixed ball valve is worm drive, manual, pneumatic or electric. Fixed ball valve generally adopts flange connection, but also can adopt butt welding connection.

Structural characteristics

According to customer requirements, fixed ball valves can be equipped with sealing grease emergency injection device. For fixed ball valves above DN150 (NPS6), sealing grease injection device is installed on the stem and seat, while for fixed ball valves below DN125, sealing grease injection device is installed in the valve cavity.When the seat ring or stem O-ring is damaged by accident, seal grease can be injected through the seal grease injection device to prevent media from leaking through the seat ring and stem.
