Check valve
Check valve is suitable for pipelines under various operating conditions, such as pressure PN1.6-42.0MPa (CL150-CL2500), operating temperature -46-570℃ in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, fertilizer, power industry, etc., to prevent reverse flow of media.
Flange connection lifting check valve is suitable for nominal pressure PN1.6-42.0mpa (CL150 ~ CL2500), working temperature -46℃~550℃ petroleum, pharmaceutical, chemical fertilizer, electric power industry and other working conditions of the pipeline, to prevent the backflow of media.
Its main structural features are as follows:
1. Reasonable product structure, reliable sealing, excellent performance and beautiful appearance;
2, the surface welding Co base hard alloy, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, long service life;
3. The built-in pin shaft structure reduces the leakage point and ensures reliable use;
4. When the pressure is ≥ 16.0mpa, the valve cavity adopts self-tightening sealing structure. The higher the medium pressure is, the better the sealing performance will be.
5. The material, flange and butt welding end size of the parts can be reasonably selected according to the actual working conditions or user requirements to meet various engineering needs.
