Forged steel fixed ball valves are mainly applicable to natural gas, oil products, chemical industry, metallurgy, urban construction, environmental protection, pharmaceutical, food and other industries, in which the sulfur series products are suitable for hydrogen sulfide medium, impurities, serious corrosion of the natural gas pipeline.
1. Shell structure: the valve body of forged steel ball valve is designed as forging structure.
2. Unique valve seat sealing structure: forged steel ball valve can choose front ball sealing structure, back sealing structure or double sealing structure according to different pressure, medium properties and sealing requirements.
3. Automatic pressure relief structure: when the pressure in the middle chamber increases abnormally, the ball valve with single seal structure has automatic pressure relief function, while the ball valve with double seal structure is relieved by the additional pressure relief device on the valve body.
4. Emergency rescue of sealing: when the valve seat and valve stem seal are damaged, the sealing grease injected through the grease injection valve can play an instantaneous sealing role.
5. Fireproof structure: according to the working conditions and the needs of users, the ball valve can be designed as fireproof structure. The fire resistance design of ball valve is in accordance with the provisions of API 607, API 6fa and JB / T 6899 standards. Once the soft seal ring is burnt out due to fire, the fire-proof structure of ball valve can prevent a large amount of medium leakage and prevent the further expansion of fire.
6. Anti static structure: when operating the valve, due to the friction between the ball and the valve seat, electrostatic charges will be generated and accumulated on the ball. To prevent the generation of static sparks, the valve soil is specially set with anti-static

7. Blockage and discharge: when the valve is in the closed state, the upstream and downstream valve seats block the fluid, and the accumulated solids in the valve body cavity can be drained through the discharge device.
8. Locking device: a lockable structure is designed on the fully open and fully closed positions of the manual ball valve, so as to prevent improper operation and unexpected switch caused by unpredictable line vibration
Especially in the production line of petroleum and chemicals with natural medium, and when the valves are piped outdoors, the advantages and practical effects of this design are particularly good.
