DBB ball valve (double plug and double discharge ball valve) is designed to replace the complex connection of multiple valves in traditional pipeline. Valve rod anti flushing and effective sealing structure: the valve rod adopts the down mounting type with sealing gasket, and the sealing force of back sealing increases with the increase of medium pressure in valve chamber, so as to ensure the sealing effect of valve stem. When the valve chamber is abnormally pressurized, the valve stem will not be flushed out. The packing adopts reasonable V-shaped structure, which can effectively transform the medium pressure inside the valve chamber and the locking force of the external gland into the sealing force of the valve stem. Fire resistant structure: according to the needs of users, the ball valve can be designed into a fire-resistant structure. In case of fire and burning of the sealing ring, each sealing part of the ball valve can form a metal to metal hard sealing structure, which can effectively prevent the diffusion of medium and prevent the expansion of fire.
The "lock structure" has no locking hole at the fully open or fully closed position of the valve, which is installed in the field or to prevent misoperation by non staff, and in some cases where the handle is easy to be misoperated due to the impact of handle. If necessary, it can be locked to ensure safety.
"Anti static structure" the ball valve can be designed with anti-static structure, that is, a conductive spring is set between the ball and the valve stem, and between the valve stem and the valve body, so that the static electricity generated during the valve opening can be introduced into the ground through the set electrostatic channel, so as to achieve the purpose of removing static electricity. Avoid ignition by static electricity to ignite flammable medium to ensure system safety.
