Gas line ripple compensator is also called expansion joint, or expansion joint.It is composed of bellows (an elastic element) and end pipe, bracket, flange, catheter and other accessories.Belonging to a compensating element.The effective expansion and deformation of the bellows of the working body is used to absorb the size changes caused by thermal expansion and cold contraction of pipelines, conduits and containers, etc., or to compensate the axial, transverse and angular displacements of pipelines, conduits and containers.It can also be used to reduce noise and vibration.It is widely used in modern industry.
In order to reduce the thermal stress of pipelines, compensators are usually installed between pipelines, or the bending of pipes is used to compensate automatically. In the pipeline configuration, priority should be given to the use of natural compensation of pipe bending, which is the best way to use the self compensation of pipe length variation. When the natural compensation can not meet the requirements, the compensator can be set.
