Sanitary manual control valve adopts internal and external polishing treatment, which is used for food, medicine and other sanitary conditions. There are two control modes: switch type and regulation type. The full bore sanitary ball valve has no flow resistance; it has simple structure, small volume and light weight; it is compact and reliable, and has two sealing surfaces. At present, the sealing surface materials of ball valve are widely used with various plastics, which has good sealing performance and can realize complete sealing. It is widely used in beer engineering, food engineering, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical engineering, biological engineering and water treatment engineering.
The sanitary grade manual control valve is operated by hand wheel. When the hand wheel is adjusted clockwise, the pressure and flow rate gradually decrease until it is closed; when the hand wheel is adjusted in the counter clockwise direction, the pressure and flow rate gradually increase until it is fully opened. Gradually adjust the conical valve plug, and then lock the valve plug in the adjusted position by the bolt.
